Mindfulness-based Psychotherapy

This aims at helping people be free from the grips of automatic thoughts, old tapes, and old habits. It's based on Jon Kabat Zinn's Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction Program and teaches you to take control of your thoughts and emotions through self-awareness and meditation.

An important feature of it is to know the contents of your mind without identifying with it and, as such, promote conscious living in the present.
